In celebration of Brighton's OctoberBest, we will be hosting two very special pizza and dough making masterclasses in our Brighton kitchen, on the 18th and 25th October. Tickets are £35 and are limited to 12 people per session, during which you will learn about our dough production process, how to make classic Neapolitan pizzas and the history behind some of our menu favourites.
The ticket price includes:
- Neapolitan snacks on arrival
- the masterclass, with your pizza to eat and dough to take away
- soft and alcohol drinks throughout
The events will be held in our Brighton kitchen, 3-4 Circus Parade, BN1 4GW. 6pm start to finish around 8pm.
